Submit your session for the OHF Summit
At OHF Summit, the agenda belongs to everyone. So, instead of a traditional conference program, the content is created by the people in the room - you! Whether you have a project to share, a topic you're passionate about, or an idea you'd love to workshop together, we'd love to hear it. No topic is too niche, no format too unconventional.
A few things to know:
- Each session slot is 45 minutes
- Format is fully open: a talk, workshop, hackathon, discussion, or something else entirely
- You can submit more than one session (up to four)
- We also have a lightning talk room for shorter, spontaneous 10-minute slots. No advance submission needed for those
- Submissions close on September 11
What happens next?
Once you submit your proposal, we'll review it and slot it into the schedule, which you'll be able to see in real time right here. You'll know your date and time at least 10 days before the summit, giving you enough time to prepare and make the most of your slot. Sessions will run from 09:00 to 12:30 on Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September.
